Linda Pearl Fils-Aime, also known as A Lady Named Pearl, is a transformational leader, model, speaker, performing artist, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the fashion, entertainment, and leadership development industries. She is the founder and executive director of A Lady Named Pearl Foundation Inc. and the CEO of Pearl School of Modeling, organizations dedicated to empowering girls and women through confidence-building, executive presence, leadership development, modeling, and entrepreneurship training.
A TEDx speaker and former adjunct professor at Clark Atlanta University, Pearl combines fashion, public speaking, personal branding, and leadership coaching to help individuals cultivate confidence, visibility, and purpose. Through workshops, intensives, mentorship programs, and community initiatives, she has impacted more than 1,500 girls and women nationwide.
Known for her unique approach to confidence and presence development, Pearl uses runway training, movement, communication, and personal branding as tools for transformation — helping women show up powerfully in both professional and personal spaces.
In addition to her leadership work, Pearl is also a recording artist whose music blends Afro-House rhythms, culture, storytelling, and empowerment. Through fashion, music, speaking, and education, her mission is to inspire people to embrace their purpose, elevate their presence, and walk boldly in who they are called to become.
